Shipping Method and Shipping Costs:

Before completing your order, you will be informed about the shipping method and the applicable shipping costs, depending on the destination country. CEUTICS currently ships within Europe (including all member states of the European Union, EFTA, and the UK).

Duties & Customs

The country-specific tax regulations will be itemized after selecting the respective destination country before completing the order. For orders outside the EU, you must bear the costs for customs duties and possibly taxes or processing fees of the respective country. Please inquire about the local regulations of your destination country before purchasing.

Delivery Conditions

Unless otherwise agreed, delivery will be made to the address provided by the customer. Delivery will be carried out immediately after payment is received. In the event of damage to the goods during transport, the customer must report the damage to the shipping company immediately and file a claim with them.

Remote Area Deliveries

We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders requiring delivery to remote or hard-to-access locations (i.e EU overseas territories) if shipping costs are disproportionately high. In such cases, customers will be promptly notified, and a full refund will be issued for the order.

National & International Shipping

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days from the warehouse of our fulfilment partner (LOGSTA GmbH) in Austria (provided the required quantity is in stock). Orders received over the weekend or on holidays will be dispatched on the next 1-2 business days. The specified times are estimated delivery times and non-binding; the customer cannot derive any legal claims from them. Furthermore, all orders can be tracked via a tracking number from shipment to delivery.

CEUTICS assumes no responsibility for delivery obstacles caused by suppliers or manufacturers. If delivery or compliance with an agreed delivery time becomes impossible due to circumstances beyond CEUTICS' control, CEUTICS is entitled to withdraw from the contract in whole or in part. CEUTICS will promptly inform the customer of this. In this case, claims for damages are excluded.

The ordered goods are shipped by our fulfilment partner or directly by us. Our fulfilment partner and us currently ship with companies such as Austrian Post AG, DHL, Asendia and Fedex.
